Shipping policy

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service from our warehouse in Arkansas, USA

TRANSIT / DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may be affected by USPS service interruptions, labour disputes, inclement weather, holidays, holiday volume, etc. Please refer to the USPS website for current service notices and expected delivery times.

PROCESSING TIME:

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays and some state holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):

Shipping charges are calculated based on published USPS shipping rates from our warehouse in Arkansas. If you select a shipping service with tracking at checkout, you will receive a tracking number when your item ships. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE USA):

Shipping charges are calculated based on published USPS shipping rates from our warehouse in Arkansas, USA. We are not responsible for taxes or duties that may apply to orders shipping outside of the United States.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, or due to an insufficient, wrong or incomplete address, the purchaser will be charged the additional cost for shipping the order to its proper destination. If we are unable to reach the purchaser after an item is returned as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the original order cost minus the cost of shipping.
